Allison is a Speech-Language Pathologist who has provided therapy services to children and adults in Sugar Land and Houston for 14 years. She obtained her Masters of Science Degree in Communication Disorders from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in the School of Allied Health in 2002.

Prior to founding Speech & Motion Therapy, Allison’s clinical experiences have included providing speech and language services in the public schools, outpatient adult rehab, long-term care facilities (serving one year as director of therapy), and private practice. She also supervises and mentors graduate students completing clinical hours and students completing their clinical fellowship year.

Allison has provided assessment and therapeutic intervention to a variety of children and adults with speech and language disorders including Autism, Down Syndrome, auditory processing disorders, developmental apraxia of speech, dysarthria, fluency disorders, aphasia, stroke, traumatic brain injury, dysphagia, voice disorders, dementia, Parkinson’s Disease, and language and learning differences. She is trained in the Beckman Oral Motor therapy program and Nancy Kaufman Apraxia program.

As a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist, Allison maintains licensure by the State of Texas and a Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

Allison currently resides in Houston,Texas with her husband and two young sons. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, running (completed 18 marathons), teaching indoor cycling classes, reading, and participating in church activities.

Brittney Kaiser Craw, OTR, MOT, was raised in Houston and graduated from Texas A&M University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health with a Community option. She earned a Master of Occupational Therapy in December 2001 from Texas Woman’s University’s Houston Center, located in the Texas Medical Center. Brittney is licensed to practice in the state of Texas and has been employed as an Occupational Therapist Registered in the Houston area since graduation.

After graduating from Texas A&M University, she was employed as an occupational therapy aide at The Occupational Therapy Center, Inc., a clinic that specializes in treatment of children and adolescents with Sensory Integration Dysfunction, where she worked for nearly two years prior to attending occupational therapy school. She completed her Level II Fieldwork requirements for OT school at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston, Texas and Texas Children’s Health Center in Sugar Land, Texas. Upon receiving her OT license in the Spring of 2002 Brittney was hired by The Occupational Therapy Center, Inc. and worked there for nearly three years as a staff occupational therapist treating children from 12 months of age to 13 years of age with Sensory Integration Dysfunction, Developmental Delays, Attention Deficit Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorders.  Brittney then worked at Speech Solutions, L.L.P from November 2004 until February 2015 where she expanded her experience in treating children with Sensory Integration Dysfunction, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Delays, Attention Deficit Disorder, Down Syndrome, and delays associated with various genetic disorders in children ages 12 months of age to 13 years of age. Brittney began working at Speech & Motion Therapy in May 2015 after it acquired Speech Solutions, LLP.

Brittney has been practicing occupational therapy in the field of pediatrics for 14 years and specializes in treatment related to Sensory Integration Dysfunction, Developmental Delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.  Brittney completed the Comprehensive Program in Sensory Integration, which trained her to administer and interpret the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT). She is also trained in the Beckman Oral Motor approach.  Brittney has attended continuing education courses focusing on sensory integration, autism spectrum disorders, feeding aversions, oral motor therapy, visual motor processing, fine motor skills, and handwriting.  She currently uses the Handwriting Without Tears program.

Janie Willis, MS, CCC-SLP is a Speech-Language Pathologist who has provided therapy services to children and adults in Sugar Land and Houston for over 16 years. She obtained her Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University in December of 1997.

In addition to working at Speech & Motion Therapy, Janie provides speech and language services in the public schools and also serves as a member of the district’s assessment team. She also supervises and mentors graduate students completing clinical hours. In the past, Janie served as a supervisor for licensed assistants in speech language pathology. Janie has presented Continuing Education courses for fellow speech-language pathologists. Topics included: integrating core vocabulary in the therapeutic setting; adapting speech-language therapy for students with cognitive deficits; ethics; and integrating technology into therapy sessions to maximize students’ progress.  Janie was awarded Educator of the Year by the ARC of Fort Bend County in June of 2014.

Janie has provided assessment and therapeutic intervention to a variety of children and adults with speech and language disorders including Autism Spectrum Disorders, children with specified syndromes, auditory processing disorders, developmental apraxia of speech, fluency disorders, traumatic brain injury, and language and learning differences. For the past three summers, she taught an intensive social skills program for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

As a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist, Janie maintains licensure by the State of Texas and a Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

Janie currently resides in Katy, Texas. Her passion is working with the children and families she serves, but in her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, attending sporting events, and reading.

Kayla Agan, M.S., CCC-SLP is a Speech-Language Pathologist who has 8 years of experience providing speech therapy services to children and adults.  She obtained her Masters Degree in Speech Pathology from Texas Tech University in 2010. Prior to working at Speech and Motion, Kayla worked as a Speech Pathologist in the pediatric home healthcare setting. In addition, Kayla currently works in the geriatric population as well providing home health services. Kayla has provided assessment and therapeutic intervention to a variety of children with speech and language disorders including dysphasia, autism spectrum disorders, children with specified syndromes, childhood apraxia of speech, hearing loss, articulation and phonology disorders, fluency disorders, traumatic brain injury, and language and learning differences.

As a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist, Kayla maintains licensure by the State of Texas and a Certificate of Clinical Competence awarded by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.

In her spare time Kayla enjoys spending time with her husband and three little girls. Together they enjoy camping, scoping out all the best restaurants around town, going to movies and are very active in their church.
